This song today is from an Australian musician, Jonathan Boulet. This is a single off his new album "We Keep The Beat, Found The Sound, See The Need, Start The Heart", which was released in June, 2012. This song is super catchy. Especially that repeating melody on those bells or marimbas he's playing. It's definitely a summer song, so it feels weird with this fall weather.
